Creating the Perfect S'mores Old-Fashioned

The old-fashioned cocktail is a classic favorite that never goes out of style. But have you ever tried a s'mores old-fashioned? In this video, Chelsea from the Edison at Disney Springs takes the traditional old-fashioned to a whole new level by infusing it with the flavors of everyone's favorite campfire treat.

The s'mores old-fashioned starts with a base of traditional old-fashioned ingredients. Chelsea adds a little twist by incorporating homemade marshmallow syrup, giving the drink a sweet and toasty flavor reminiscent of roasted marshmallows over an open fire.
But it doesn't stop there. To enhance the complexity of flavors,she selects Maker's Mark select barrel bourbon and Bullet Rye whiskey. These premium spirits bring depth and richness to the cocktail, elevating it to a whole new level.
To balance out the sweetness, the bartender adds chocolate bitters and black walnut bitters, which add a touch of bitterness and complexity. Finally, a garnish of citrus zest and a few cherries on top add a burst of freshness and a pop of color to the finished drink.
